  1. Ability to exclude specific files/packages/paths

    There is a switch in Sonar to exclude some sources (e.g. generated files) using regexp, but violations in those files they are still shown in Idea, hiding real violations.

  2. Add the possibility to use custom Checkstyle checks

    I would like to use my own Checkstyle checks with QAPlug, i.e. to let QAPlug execute myself written Checkstyle checks.

  4. If ran from VCS changes screen plugin must autoselect "Custom Scope->Changed Files"
